Who looks after your information

PINYA is a project by Pina Razinger, the controller of information collected through this website. For privacy questions or requests, contact pina@pinyabrand.com.

Joining the list

We collect your email address and, if you choose to share it, your first name. With your consent, we use these to send PINYA development updates, first previews, launch announcements and early-access offers. Your name helps us personalize these emails. We also keep the signup time and consent version as a record of your request. Providing your name and joining the list are optional. We do not sell your information.

Services we use

MailerLite manages the mailing list and sends confirmation and marketing emails. Cloudflare hosts the website and may store a backup of your email, signup time and consent version. These providers may process information in countries outside the European Economic Area under their applicable data-processing and international-transfer arrangements. Retention and your choices

We keep your subscription information while you remain on the list. You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in a marketing email. A minimal suppression or consent record may remain to respect your choice and document your request. To request deletion of your details, or ask about retention of a specific record, contact us.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, and object where applicable. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier processing. You may also complain to the Slovenian Information Commissioner or your local data protection authority.

Cookies

The page does not add analytics or advertising cookies. Our hosting provider may process technical connection information to deliver and protect the website.
